'You are a complete and utter idiot': Peaches Geldof hits back on Twitter at Katie Hopkins' insulting newspaper rant days after losing TV debate on parenting

                          
Peaches Geldof has taken to Twitter to hit back at Katie Hopkins after she wrote a scathing newspaper column about the young socialite in her weekly newspaper column.

The unrepentant editorial came days after the pair came face to face on Tuesday’s This Morning to discuss the pros and cons of 'attachment parenting' (AP) during a discussion with hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Peaches responded to Katie in a series of tweets in which she describes the businesswoman as a 'sore loser' and a 'complete and utter idiot.'

'Well it seems Katie Hopkins is even more of a sore loser than we all thought,' Geldof tweeted on Friday. 'She's now using her rent-a-gob ''talents'' to bitterly rant about me in her brilliantly terrible Sun "column" after getting fully
a*** whipped by me on This Morning. 'She states that the reason she lost the debate about Attachment Parenting was because I apparently only agreed to do the show if she "shut up and let me talk". This is a massive lie & she knows it.

'I never said anything of the sort,' Peaches continued. 'In the end, she failed to prepare any sensical arguments because evidently she thought I was going to be a pushover. Watching it back, seeing her wizened orange-hued face turn from smug self-satisfaction to sheer horror is absolutely priceless.

                              
'It's even more classic that she is failing to hang on to the last shred of dignity she has left by being such a sore loser and slagging me off in the press with pure lies about me winning because she was forced to have s*** arguments by show producers.
'What a lol excuse. Really Katie, you may just have to face up to the fact that you lost because your points made no sense and because you are a complete and utter idiot. Being a backwards old hag isn't a career choice. Apologies again for rinsing you on live TV.'
While Katie included several low blows in her article, in which she referenced a picture of Peaches' son Astala falling out of his pram while the star was on the phone, Katie's argument couldn't stand up to her comments about the principles of AP.
