It's pretty much taken as read in the family we call Kardashian that Kim is the reigning queen when it comes to working a show-stopping ensemble.
Nobody can touch the 33-year-old when she's on song, so despite designing a samey range together for the UK's Lipsy, her sisters have been working for years on developing images they can make their own away from Kim's hourglass shaped shadow.
Kourtney, 34, in particular, has come on leaps and bounds with her own look and proved it by rocking a thigh-skimming silver sequin dress in New York on Wednesday.
The eldest Kardashian looked gorgeous in the chic dress, which showed off her extremely toned legs to perfection.
Hair and make up was kept simple and Kourtney chose some classic black patent pumps to complete the look.
It was a dress her sister would probably not choose, and certainly wouldn't wear as well.
On Tuesday, Kourtney looked just as dapper as she spent the day with her partner of seven years, Scott Disick.
Lovebirds Kourtney and Scott coordinated in grey and black ensembles while on a lunch date in New York's West Village Tuesday.
