'I'm on the scales every day... it motivates me': Lauren Goodger shares a VERY sexy selfie as she admits to becoming 'obsessed' with her weight

                           
She's admitted to becoming so obsessed with her figure that she weighs herself on a daily basis.
But Lauren Goodger didn't seem to be suffering from a crisis of confidence as she shared a very sexy selfie on Monday night.
The 27-year-old reality sure ensured she made the most of her assets as she pouted into the camera in a rather low-cut top.

Appearing to have gone for the 'natural' look with minimal make-up and wet hair, the former TOWIE star looked as though she had invested in a dramatic push-up bra as she flaunted her cleavage towards the screen alongside the caption: '#selfie #wethair'.

Lauren's rather revealing selfie comes as she revealed she has become so dedicated with slimming down to a size 8 to 10 that she weighs herself on a daily basis.
Citing the likes of curvy Kelly Brook as her body idol, she said in an interview with new! magazine: 'I never even used to own scales. Now I'm on the scales every day. It motivates me to carry on. I will get fit and I will look good but it's going to happen gradually, it's not going to happen overnight.
                      
               
In the hope of achieving her body goals, Lauren has been seeing a personal trainer and going to the gym, as well as adhering to a strict juice detox two days a week.
But the tanning entrepreneur explained she has resolved to lose weight the healthy way after seeing her younger sister suffer from anorexia for the past five years.
And in spite of her proud Twitter display on Monday, Lauren admitted she has been seeing a psychotherapist in recent weeks in the hope of overcoming her 'confidence and anxiety' issues.
Meanwhile, the reality star also opened up on her year-long relationship with boyfriend Jake McLean after the pair went on a break earlier this month.
